Refund Policy

At ApxPOS (apxpos.com), we want to make sure our clients are satisfied with our SaaS POS system. Since we offer a free trial period and operate a manual payment gateway system, please read our refund guidelines carefully.
1. Free Trial Period
Every new store registered on ApxPOS receives a 14-day free trial with access to all POS features. This trial period is designed to let store owners fully test the features, speed, and compatibility of our software with their hardware (such as barcode scanners, thermal printers, and weight scales) before making any payments.
2. Manual Payment Verification
Subscription activations are manually processed:
- When you submit a payment reference (Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, Cash), our team verifies the fund receipt before activating the store.
- Once verified and activated, the subscription fees correspond to server allocation, system maintenance, and operational costs.
3. Refund Eligibility
Since we provide a 14-day trial period to evaluate the system, we generally do not offer refunds once a manual subscription payment has been approved and activated. However, you are eligible for a refund under the following special circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally send a payment twice for the same billing cycle, we will refund the second payment in full.
- Payment Pending Cancellation: If you submit a payment reference but request a cancellation *before* our admin team verifies and approves/activates the subscription, we will cancel the request and refund the funds.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Activated monthly subscriptions that have already been approved and used for more than 48 hours.
- Operational or transaction processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways or mobile money operators (e.g. bKash cash-out fees).

Please include your store slug, registered email, payment transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
