1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ApxPOS (apxpos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and services.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use ApxPOS, you must register for a store account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.

3. Subscription Plans and Manual Payments

ApxPOS operates on a subscription-based pricing model. All billing transactions are completed manually:

Users must submit manual transaction IDs and sender account details via the billing portal.
Subscriptions are activated only after manual verification and approval by the Master Admin.
Subscriptions will automatically expire if payment is not cleared prior to the billing cycle end date.

4. Custom Domain Mapping

Subscribers on eligible plans may connect their custom domain name to ApxPOS. You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to use any domain name mapped to your store. ApxPOS is not responsible for any DNS configuration errors, domain expirations, or SSL handshake failures resulting from third-party domain providers.

5. Data Privacy and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the inventory data, customer records, and transaction logs entered into your isolated tenant database. ApxPOS stores this data securely but is not liable for data loss due to user negligence, unauthorized access, or account sharing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ApxPOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.
